We will do our best to inform you of the possible pitfalls of the project, for example, we cannot see underground or through walls, but we can tell you what will happen and what the cost will be if we hit rock when digging out your foundation or if we find mold behind your walls during a renovation.
Nobody can foresee all problems but having a plan and open communication with the client saves downtime and money for both the CLIENT and MCX. When working with Murray and Cody and their team, you should expect prompt answers to your questions, high-quality workmanship, projects done on time and on budget, pleasant and polite interactions with the MCX team members, and a tidy worksite.
